These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Qynix Limited ("Qynix", "we", "us"), including FitOS. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using our services

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts their normal operation.

2. Subscriptions and payments

FitOS is offered under subscription plans described at the point of sign-up. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (including Paystack); we do not store your full card details. Fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you input into FitOS (member records, product listings, and similar content). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.

4. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, or if required to comply with applicable law.

5. Disclaimers and liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Qynix Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
